Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout in two cases: your delivery address falls within a free shipping zone (including Curepipe, Rose Belle, Souillac, Bel Ombre, Le Morne, and more), or your order total is Rs2,000 or above. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery in Mauritius takes 3–5 business days (or 1–2 business days for express, where available). What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation. Read our full policy at: Returns & Refunds Policy
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
