1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.


2. Domestic Shipping (Mauritius)

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Express delivery: 1–2 business days (if available)
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping in two cases:

By delivery zone — We offer free shipping on all orders delivered to the following regions, regardless of order value:

  • Bel Ombre
  • Chemin Grenier
  • Curepipe
  • Forest Side
  • Le Morne
  • New Grove
  • Nouvelle France
  • Plaine Magnien
  • Rivière des Anguilles
  • Rivière du Poste
  • Rose Belle
  • Souillac
  • Surinam

By order total — Orders with a total of Rs2,000 or above automatically qualify for free shipping, regardless of delivery location.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your either condition is met. Make sure to enter your postal code at checkout so we can correctly apply the free shipping zone discount.


3. International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by location:

  • 7–14 business days for most international orders
  • Additional customs duties and taxes may apply — these are the customer's responsibility

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email.


5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.


6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier.
