Returns & Refunds Policy

At XAthletica, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.


1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and a photo of the item.

Resolution options:

  • 🔄 Replacement — we'll send a new item at no extra cost
  • 💸 Partial refund — if a replacement is not available
  • ✅ Full refund — if the item is completely unusable

Damaged items do not need to be returned unless specifically requested.


2. Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags still attached
  • In original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Swimwear & underwear (exchange only — see below)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

3. Exchanges

For swimwear and underwear, we offer size or colour exchanges within 14 days, provided items are in original condition with tags attached.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Bank transfer orders are refunded directly to your bank account

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

Cancellation fee: A 3% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover bank transfer costs. The remaining amount will be transferred to your bank account within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations requested after 24 hours or once the order has been shipped cannot be accepted. Please refer to our Returns policy above.


6. Tips

Tips added at checkout are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
