2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Mauritian Rupees (MUR)
- We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice
- Product images are for illustration purposes — slight colour variations may occur
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
- We accept bank transfers and other payment methods listed at checkout
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- XAthletica is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier
5. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at xathletica.com.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on xathletica.com — including logos, images, and text — is the property of XAthletica and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
XAthletica's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mauritian courts.
